• Direct Access to a Registered Nurse: Receive the a direct line to our Registered Nurse owner, who is available 24/7 to answer all your caregiving and medical questions. With company experience exceeding 40 years, we can also help you navigate your hospital/facility experience by being an advocate on your behalf. It is easy to get lost in the process, let  our RN owner advocate for you or your loved one during this stressful time.
• Assignment of Benefits Accepted: Our program operates requiring zero out of pocket expenses for you, after any elimination period and up to the policy limits. This does not include care received in the hospital or a facility. We boast decades of claims fully paid by carriers on all long-term care insurance policies.
• Free Claims Filing and Onsite Sign-Up Assistance: Benefit from free claims filing and onsite sign-up assistance in your home with our Director of Operations, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
• Flexible and Responsive Caregiver Replacement: At your request, caregiver replacement is available within hours, ensuring your needs are always met promptly.
