What Risk Do Seniors Face Without Skilled Nurse Services?

Without Skilled Nurse services, older relatives face significant health risks. Health deterioration is a primary concern, as chronic conditions may worsen without regular monitoring and medical assessments. Symptoms of new or existing illnesses may go unnoticed and untreated, leading to severe complications. Medication errors are also a risk, with incorrect dosages or missed doses causing serious health issues.

The lack of professional oversight increases the risk of harmful drug interactions. Infections and poor wound healing are other concerns; without proper wound care, minor injuries can escalate into severe conditions. Falls and injuries become more likely without safety assessments and mobility support.
